How can I get a supervisor to give me a call back? I have an issue and am trying to get it resolved.
Why will you not send me the the missing parts it makes no sense these are important parts and my safety is and was at stake that's why I installed the parts sent

You will not get a supervisor to call you back their customer service is horrible they're going to pacify you with all kinds of excuses..
